All advisory services are provided exclusively by independent third-party professionals (“Advisors”) who are not employees or agents of Connecting NOVA.

Nothing on this site should be construed as:

Endorse or rank any specific Advisor or firm.
We may verify that Advisors hold appropriate credentials (such as CFP®, CPA, or CFA®) and are in good standing with regulatory bodies such as the SEC or FINRA, but we make no representations about their continuing qualifications or disciplinary history.
4. Referral Disclosure
Connecting NOVA may receive a flat-fee or referral fee from certain Advisors or firms when a user connects through our platform. Any such fee is not contingent on investment performance or specific financial products and does not affect the cost of services to you.
These relationships will be disclosed in accordance with Rule 206(4)-3 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and any applicable state referral laws.
You are encouraged to ask any referred Advisor whether a referral fee was paid and to review their Form ADV or equivalent disclosure document before engagement.
5. User Responsibilities
By using Connecting-NOVA.com, you agree that you will:
Use the Services solely for lawful purposes.
Not misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
Not attempt to access non-public areas of the website or its systems.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or use the site in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Connecting NOVA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
Your continued use of the Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Connecting NOVA makes no representations regarding any Advisor’s ongoing registration status or disciplinary record; users are encouraged to verify registration through FINRA BrokerCheck or the SEC Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) database.
The appearance of an Advisor or firm on Connecting-NOVA.com does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of competence.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional disclosures provided on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Connecting NOVA regarding your use of the Services.
